If you choose to purchase a package, your payment information and funds will be held in a retainer trust account for the payment of the intended legal service. We will promptly reply to your request within three (3) business days and deliver to you our fee arrangement contract and payment schedule. Packages exclude filing fees payable to third parties, taxes, and merchant service fees. You will be billed for any additional services rendered in accordance with our fee agreement. The provision of legal services is contingent on our acceptance of you as a client. If we do not accept you as a client, any amounts deposited in our retainer trust account will be returned to you in full prior to undertaking your legal representation. Our processing time for refunds of this nature is seven (7) business days. Expedited orders will be handled within twenty-four (24) hours.
