Welcome to the Law Office of Irina Z. Barahona. We are a Texas-based law firm focused on bringing a range of exceptional and timely legal services to our clients. We are different because we are responsive. We tailor our representation based on your legal needs. We offer unbundled legal services and flat fee pricing arrangements to better meet our client’s needs and expectations. We don’t sell forms, we create solutions.
We serve clients all across Texas and Southern New Mexico. While we are based in the beautiful Southwest, we have clients located all over Texas and New Mexico. Our e-clients receive the same attentive and timely representation as those who are able to drop in our office. We invite you to ditch the e-commerce form buying and traditional law firm hourly rate model for our simplified and comprehensive legal services.
Our practice areas focus on business transactions (including formations, tax, and corporate transactions), estate planning & probate, and real estate. By offering a multitude of legal packages at set prices, we can tailor our services to suit your needs and expectations. We look forward to working with you.
